Meet one of firms behind NHS Covid tests digital programme

Delivering award-winning digital programmes for NHS Covid testing and vaccinations, and working with the Home Office to help refugees from Ukraine are just two examples of why experts at Axiologik are proud of the work that they do. Now they are recruiting more experts to grow for the future and inviting you to join them at two September events in Leeds.

Only industry insiders may know about the experts behind the NHS Digital Covid testing and vaccination systems, as when systems work they don’t make the headlines.

Though that is just one of the many success stories for digital evolution consultancy Axiologik, which has also worked with the Home Office, UK Health Security Agency, Thomson Reuters and Selfridges & Co.

Sarah Wilkinson, CEO of NHS Digital, said: “What sets Axiologik apart is their understanding of the full arc of digital programme delivery, from concept to live service, and their ability to guide teams through the entirety of that journey.”

The NHS Digital campaign won the Computing Digital Technology Leaders Award for the Best Public Sector Digital Project and has been shortlisted for the LDF Tech4Good Award, which will be announced at the end of September.

Axiologik co-director Rob Stanger said: “What we want to share is how proud we are of the societal impact of delivering systems that have a real world impact, such as working with the Home Office to help refugees from Ukraine. These can be truly life-changing campaigns.”

Delivering programmes with guaranteed success!

Rob Stanger, Ben Davison and Adrian Stanbury were the three founders who started Axiologik six years ago. Together, they have grown the business which now employs over 110 team members. And their mission? To deliver large and complex digital transformation programmes that enable organisations to digitally evolve “transformation suggests that you reach a finish point, however the world that we live in today means there is constant change. We want to ensure that we are enabling organisations to constantly evolve” commented co-founder Adrian Stanbury.

Co-director Ben Davison explains: “We help deliver large programmes of change, quickly and smoothly. After years of experience of being brought in to fix projects which have gone wrong, we asked ourselves ‘What if we did it differently, right from the start?’.

“Now business is intertwined with high quality digital technology and we deliver that sustainably and with pace for national and global clients. We make digital change better by asking the right questions from the beginning and listening closely to the answers.”

Recruiting for new roles

Axiologik has used its experience to create a twelve-point manifesto, which forms the core of how it approaches and delivers digital projects. It also lets potential clients and employees know what it stands for.

So what does that mean? As well as continuing to support the NHS and other businesses through the provision of digital services, it will invest further in reforestation by planting more trees this year. It will also give back to its community in Leeds by supporting local charities and groups, both financially and with paid volunteer support from staff.

Axiologik is currently recruiting for over 14 new roles in the business and looking for aspirational, talented and experienced team members to join them.

The new roles include delivery and product managers, service designers, plus digital solutions, enterprise and data architects.
