New face, promotions strengthen Individual

A MARKETING agency in Leeds has boosted its six-strong team with a new appointment and two promotions.

Morgan Harrop joins The Individual Agency as account executive from Leeds-based PowerHouse Photography, where she worked as assistant set stylist.

The 24-year-old graduated from Birmingham City University in 2014, having studied theatre, performance and event design, and has design and concept experience.

Louise Burnell, who joined the agency 18 months ago, has been promoted to head of client services and Katie Ryan, who joined as an apprentice three years ago, has been promoted to account manager.

The agency is also looking to increase its team further with the appointment of a new apprentice in July, and is currently searching for another creative designer to support client demand.

The Individual Agency was set up seven years ago by Michelle Edgar-Parsons and James Everitt and has built up a client list which incudes Slumberdown, Cott Beverages and Perspex.

Managing director Michelle Edgar-Parsons said: “We’re an incredibly close team here so every appointment we make is a carefully considered one, and I’m thrilled to welcome Morgan.

“Her enthusiasm and creativity for brand and concept design makes her a real asset.

“2015 is set to be a big year for The Individual Agency, we’ve always kept quite quiet about the amazing work we do every day for our clients, but now we want to shout about the incredibly talented team we’re lucky enough to have here.”

Founded in 2008 in Huddersfield, and now based in Blayds Yard, Leeds city centre, the agency operates across many sectors.
