Parallax hires 30 staff as it attracts raft of clients

The Leeds-based technology innovation consultancy Parallax has hired 30 staff in the first quarter of 2026 to support growing client demand.

A spokesman said the expansion marks the company’s most significant period of growth to date, following a “strong 2025” in which Parallax secured 25 new clients. It now employs 65 staff.

The new appointments include designers, full stack engineers, and product and delivery specialists, who will strengthen “Parallax’s core service offering”, with a particular focus on AI (artificial intelligence) innovation. Commercial Director Sophie Fletcher said: “This is a hugely exciting time for Parallax as we reach a real inflection point in our growth.

"We’re winning work with ambitious international clients and tackling complex challenges that require deep technical expertise and the ability to learn and adapt quickly, bringing insights from rapidly emerging technologies.

She added: "That’s exactly the space we want to operate in.”
