Pegasus buys Mayfair property on street with links to Keith Moon, Mama Cass and Harry Nilsson
Pegasus, the trading, logistics and investment group, has bought a Mayfair property on a street which has links with rock stars and a former Prime Minister.
The company has purchased the freehold of 31 Curzon Street in the heart of London from UK property developers and investors Richardsons for an undisclosed sum. The Grade-II listed, six-storey townhouse will now serve as Pegasus’s HQ and group family office and a base for its operations across the UK and abroad.
A spokesman said: “While 31 Curzon Street will be Pegasus’s national and international base, the group also owns 106,500 sq ft of office and warehousing space at Logic Leeds business park by Junction 45 of the M1.” 31 Curzon Street is next door to the Crockfords casino, which closed in 2023 after 195 years. Other former residents of Curzon Street include 19 th century Prime Minister Benjamin Disraeli, novelist Nancy Mitford, the Dukes of Grafton and Marlborough, the First Marquess of Reading and pop and rock musicians Keith Moon, Mama Cass and Harry Nilsson.
