Plan for 65 affordable city homes in Hull submitted
Part of an £11m land-led development, the proposed plans by Esh Construction and Together Housing Group, include two, three and four-bedroom homes for affordable rent.

Hide AdThe scheme is located on land opposite the Freedom Centre, between Ryehill Grove and Wyton Grove, which is allocated for residential development in the Holderness Road Corridor Area Action Plan.

Hide AdDesigned by Acanthus WSM Architects, the site will include 31 two-bedroom, 28 three-bedroom and six four-bedroom homes which will benefit from private rear gardens and parking facilities.
Accessibility and adaptability standards will be adopted for 16 homes, with features such as a step-free access, increased circulation space and potential for future adaptations including level access showers at ground floor in the three-bedroom homes.
Registered housing provider, Together Housing Group, will take ownership of the properties upon completion.
