Proactis reports £6m order book

SOFTWARE firm Proactis said that it has started its new financial year with “a healthy pipeline” of new deal opporunities.

The Wetherby-based business said that it has an order book of more than £6m, adding that the board is “confident of the continuing prospects for growth for the coming year”.

The group said that it expects its results for the year to the end of July 2013 to be in line with market expectations, with revenues of £8m, adjusted Ebitda of £1.3m and adjusted profit before tax of £600,000.

The group’s cash position at the end of July was around £2.4m and it said it remains debt free. Rod Jones, chief executive, said the past year has been “significant” for Proactis.
