The Gables - a residential scheme for Muse Developments that forms part of the Cultural and Civic Quarter in Doncaster.

What is your favourite building in the region and why?

Fountains Abbey visitors centre by Edward Cullinan Architects. I think it is a brave and contemporary building for a sensitive historic site.

If you could change one thing to improve the property industry in this region, what would it be?

I hope as the upturn in the market continues that as a region we remain focused on delivering quality and value and do not forget this in the rush to start building again.

Whom do you most admire in property in Yorkshire?

I admire the team that had the conviction to deliver Trinity at a time when there was not much building of any scale.
