£4m holiday village for sale in North Yorkshire after previous owners fall into administration

The holiday lodge park has been brought to market by Yorkshire-based property consultancy Walker Singleton on behalf of Richard Cole and Steve Kenny of KBL Advisory Limited, Joint Administrators of ACP Leisure Limited and Joint Liquidators of Ace Aluminium & Architectural Services Limited.

Roseberry View Lodge Retreat occupies a 10.57-acre site situated in the village of Great Ayton and comprises 10 luxury three-bedroomed holiday lodges, with planning permission granted for the siting of additional lodges at the complex.

ACP Leisure appointed administrators in June of this year, while Ace Aluminium & Architectural Services Limited appointed a voluntary liquidator in October of 2022.
