“It is highly encouraging to see eight employers in the Yorkshire and Humber region recognised with such a diverse range of employers continuing to apply for a Princess Royal Training Award. Despite the obvious challenges in recent years, they have shown unwavering dedication to nurturing their workforce through outstanding training and skills development."

Sheffield-based convenience food manufacturer Greencore Group also receives an Award for building engagement and reducing attrition rates.

Other Yorkshire and the Humber firms awarded include AESSEAL plc, Labcorp, Persimmon Homes and Zenith Vehicles.
