Rockspring acquired 6 Queen Street speculatively in 2014 and construction began in September that year. The acquisition was Rockspring’s first investment in Leeds and added to the more than €8.1bn of assets under its management across Europe.

The building is set over six floors, totalling a net area of around 70,000 sq ft.
