Take a look inside the £8m refurbishment of 1 City Square in Leeds
The reception has been transformed into a collaborative business lounge, with a café and meeting rooms, in addition to two fitness suites, cycling facilities and showers.
The refurbishment comes as work continues on the redesign of the City Square which will include an enhanced network of pedestrian and cycle friendly routes and plans for new buildings, including City Square House, the new home for law firm DLA Piper.
Josh Whiteley, senior asset manager at APAM, said: “This refurbishment was an exciting opportunity for APAM to design an office space fit for the future of working. This iconic building and fit-out will provide Leeds city centre with a best-in-class office environment and workspace that will attract different companies and talent from across the UK.”
