Technology firm WANdisco appoints independent investigators after uncovering 'potentially fraudulent irregularities'

Technology firm WANdisco has appointed business consultancy FRP Advisory to lead an independent investigation into “potentially fraudulent irregularities” at the company.

In a statement on Wednesday, the Sheffield-based firm, said it had suspended its shares on the Alternative Investment Market.

Yesterday, WANdisco confirmed it had appointed FRP Advisory and formed an investigation committee comprised of independent non-executive directors, Peter Lees and Karl Monaghan to support and facilitate the investigation process.
