Towngate facilitates Mandate Systems’ move into new West Yorkshire premises

One of the UK’s leading providers of independent pressure system examinations, Mandate Systems, has relocated to the newly-refurbished Woodvale House in Brighouse.

The move comes courtesy of commercial lettings specialist and landlord, Towngate PLC.

Mandate Systems has committed to a five-year lease on the building’s ground floor suite, which comprises a 1,700 square foot open plan office space and kitchenette facility.

The family-run Mandate Systems was formed over 30 years ago and undertakes site surveys across the UK, ensuring pressure system compliance on air, mixed gas, and steam systems.

The firm says the new Brighouse premises will give it increased space from which to operate.

Woodvale House forms part of a contemporary office development on the perimeter of Calderdale.

The ground floor has been divided into two to accommodate the existing ground floor tenant who decided to downsize the premises.
