Two Sheffield businesses to move into famous Park Hill development

Two businesses will be moving to Sheffield’s Park Hill development – with further arrivals due to be confirmed in the near future, it has been announced.

Property consultants Inform Surveying are the first in the "new wave” of businesses to move into the 20,000 sq ft of mixed-use commercial space available in the second phase of development at the famous Park Hill site overlooking the city’s railway station.,

Inform Surveying owner and MD, Gavin Sampson, said, “Last year we reached the stage where we needed more space, without compromising our proximity to the city centre.

“Park Hill which had been on our horizon, quite literally, for a number of years, offered all we needed - and more.

“We are proud to be part of this historic building, which will now form part of our company brand to help market the business.”

Creative studio Field will also be taking up residence within phase two of the development in the coming months.
