Yorkshire-based printing firm Instantprint serves millionth customer

Yorkshire-based printing company Instantprint has announced that it recently served its millionth customer, having been founded in 2009.

Since its founding, the firm has delivered 4.6 million orders and sold 7 billion individual products.

To mark the firm’s millionth customer, founders Adam Carnell and James Kinsella printed their last order for free, and hand-packed the items.

Instantprint’s 1 millionth customer has been identified as Electric Cycle Café, an artisan coffee and ebike specialist which has placed 13 orders with the firm over the last two years.

Since 2021, the Rotherham-based firm has employed over 1700 people, and is now home to over 490 team members.

The firm has found that since its founding in 2009, it has had over over 30 million website visits, as well as winning 14 awards.

Since 2015, it has also totalled a talk time of over 1,300 days with customers.

In the last 12 months, the firm launched over 15 new products and stocks.

Instantprint has also completed and sent out 350,000 orders in the last year, equal to 200 million product quantities.
