What was your first job? I was a milk girl from the age of 12. I worked every Thursday and Friday evening and Saturday with my dad. I managed the milk round for the full 6 weeks holidays when I was 14years old too.

Best subject at school? I loved Art and PE

What else would you be doing if not for this role? - I wanted to be a Graphic Designer, but life had other plans for me. I realised I couldn’t work in an office and the corporate world wasn’t for me.

What would be your ideal day away from the office? - I assume we are talking a day off as I rarely work in an office. I would be in a forest or up a mountain on my bike or foot, with my cocker spaniel and experiencing the worst kind of weather, or with my mum at a spa.Who would you most like to have dinner with? My Grandad one last time. He was in the Navy and then went on to own his own business. He wasn’t alive when I joined the Navy and I wonder what he would say about mental health in construction.

What would you do if you won the lottery? Well that would be a miracle because I don’t play, but if I did come into some money, I would invest it into my business and get more mental health practitioners to help develop the workshops and best way of supporting people in the construction industry. Oh and move to Wales so I can do more mountain biking!

What are your hobbies? Mountain Biking and Skiing, basically going downhill really fast in the worst types of weather.
