Yorkshire Choice Homes boss explains name change as firm eyes expansion
A regional housebuilding firm is changing its name as it eyes expansion plans.
Pontefract-based Yorkshire Choice Homes has been rebranded as Avari Homes.
Jason Begg, managing director of Avari Homes, said: “The Yorkshire Choice Homes brand has served us well since 2015 and our new name will allow us to move into the wider Yorkshire region whilst retaining our current team, values and delivery approach.
“We are very proud of our Yorkshire heritage, and this investment will allow us continued growth including offering more employment opportunities for local people and investing in our community in a number of ways.”
Over the next five years, Avari Homes has ambitious plans to deliver 1,500 units across the region.
Mr Begg added: “As a family-owned business, we genuinely care about what we build, who we work with and the communities we create across all our divisions. Our entire team is focused on our future strategy to deliver these diversification and growth plans, and we are proud to secure employment for our team, invest in our local communities and support other businesses across Yorkshire to also grow and prosper.”
