Yorkshire firm hails '˜significant' venture with Bosnian furniture designer

It describes itself as a​n independent family owned firm, proud of its reputation for excellence and its commitment to produce beautiful hardwood furniture. Its furniture is made to order on standard options or can be customised to customer’s bespoke requirements.

Treske holds the Manufacturing Guild Mark from the Worshipful Company of Furniture Makers, awarded for excellence in British furniture manufacturing​.

It use​s​ sustainably sourced hardwoods and ​is a membe​r​ of ​​Woodland Heritage​. At the beginning of the 20th century, 5​ per cent​ of land area in Britain was woodland​. I​t is now 10​ per cent. Treske ​said it is proud to support and encourage this growth. The British, European and American hardwoods ​it uses are hand selected and come from sustainable forests where new trees are planted to re-stock the woodlands.
