Yorkshire firm wins global contract to support women through menopause

A Yorkshire leadership coaching specialist has won a global contract to support women at work who are going through the menopause.

Wise Women Lead, which was co-founded by Leeds-based Karen Heras-Kelly and Worcestershire-based Lucy Barkas; has joined forces with Post Super, which was established by sisters Jessica Hartley and Gemma Nicholson.

Under the new contract, Wise Women Lead will design and deliver menopause-aware training and coaching modules for Post Super's members, helping women at all career stages to understand perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause and their impact on energy, confidence and performance.

Karen Heras-Kelly, co-founder of Wise Women Lead and creator of The Menopause Advantage programme, said: "Menopause isn't a deficit; it's a leadership advantage waiting to be unlocked.

She added: “When women understand what's happening in their bodies and minds, they can move from overwhelm to clarity, from depletion to power.”
