ABBY Parkinson is riding high after achieving top grades in her GCSEs.
The 16-year-old from Hartshead has balanced the demands of her school work with competing as a cyclist. The Bradford Grammar School pupil achieved two A*s four As and three Bs. Now she is setting her sights on A-levels before pursuing a career as a professional cyclist and a dream of Olympic glory.
