All shops in Leeds will be open on Wednesday as the city comes out of the national lockdown. This was the scene in town on June 15 after shops were allowed to reopen en masse after the end of the first national lockdown. However, Leeds is heading back into Tier 3 on Wednesday - so pubs, bars and restaurants will have to remain closed.
