Bradford had a rate of 106.3 (574 cases) in the seven days to September 17, up from 97.3 (525 cases) in the previous seven days to September 10
2. Leeds
Leeds had a rate of 83.1 (659 cases) in the seven days to September 17, up from 76.0 (603 cases) in the previous seven days to September 10
3. Kirklees
Kirklees had a rate of 77.3 (340 cases) in the seven days to September 17, up from 60.7 (267 cases) in the previous seven days to September 10
4. Craven
Craven had a rate of 66.5 (38 cases) in the seven days to September 17, up from 36.8 (21 cases) in the previous seven days to September 10
