The Yorkshire Nativity play which used real life animals

This Yorkshire community went the extra mile to give its Nativity play an extra edge this Christmas - by using real animals.

Easington in East Yorkshire hosted a special outdoor Nativity event on December 22. ‘Christmas Live!’ was written by the Rev Philip West and he said the format was similar to the outdoor ‘Easter Story’ Passion play that the churches staged in Withernsea and Hedon in 2017 and 2019.
