4 ripe bananas
3 tbsp honey
100 ml milk
100 ml coconut oil
60 g flour
60 g oatmeal
60 g sugar
12 g baking powder
150 g chocolate
Heat oven to 180° Celsius.
Peel 3 bananas and smash them in a bowl with a fork. Add eggs, honey, milk and coconut oil.
In another bowl mix together flour, oatmeal, sugar and baking powder. Add dry ingredients with wet ones and mix everything together.
Chop chocolate into small pieces and add to the mixture.
Line baking paper into the baking dish. Pour mixture in the baking dish and sprinkle remaining chocolate on the top. Cut fourth banana alongside and put halves on the top.
Bake for 45 minutes. Wait for it to completely cool before eating.
