These handmade gins are made by a married couple John and Fiona Raper in Sprotbrough, Doncaster.

They offer a rhubarb flavoured gin which is perfect for the Summer paired with a sparkling tonic.

This is a subtle gin, great for those who are not keen on harsh-toned beverages.

The couple also make a premium gin which has notes of juniper berry and citrus.

5. Slingsby Gin, Harrogate

This gin is made with water which was once thought to have healing properties, many traveled to the Tweit Well for some relaxation and rest.

Slingsby's make a variety of Gins but their rhubarb flavour is perfect for the Summer months.

The rhubarb is sourced from the famous rhubarb triangle and local botanicals are used to craft this fruity drink.
