Estate agents Martin & Co. enlisted the help of psychic and clairvoyant Maria Afentakis to help would-be buyers choose their dream property, according to their star sign. Here they are:

Aries (March 21 – April 19): Aries adore being the centre of attention so lavish properties and style, which provide a talking point, are an ideal choice. Bold and ambitious, an Aries will jump fully into challenging situations, but can sometimes be too impulsive. As purchasing a house is a huge undertaking and often lifelong decision, it’s important that they do not make any hasty decisions when choosing the property. Dream property: A lavish villa will make an Aries feel like a star with its beautiful gardens and spacious rooms, making them feel like the leader of the pack. Attainable property: A picturesque cottage will be a wonderful place for an Aries to make it the best living space for all the family.
