The winner will get the keys to the six-bedroom family home set within the sought-after village of Little Ouseburn, surrounded by open North Yorkshire countryside and centuries of history.
As well as the incredible interior of the home, the property also comes with extensive grounds which include a lake, an orchard and a vegetable garden, alongside a tennis court, a paddock and an outdoor pizza oven.
The property sits in the village of Little Ouseburn, with the market towns of Boroughbridge and Knaresborough close by, and the historic city of York around 14 miles away.
Cattal station is roughly five miles from the door, while York station offers direct trains reaching London Kings Cross in around two hours. The Howardian Hills, North York Moors and Yorkshire Dales are all within easy reach.
