Orchids all set to make their mark at Burton Agnes festival
Burton Agnes Hall will be ablaze with colour at its annual Orchid Festival this month.
The festival, created by the Cunliffe-Lister family in partnership with local orchid expert Ray Creek, will be held this weekend, and is set to bring another stunning collection of orchids and their vibrant colour to Burton Agnes Hall.
The Elizabethan Great Hall will be filled with magnificent displays of the beautiful flowers. There will be professional talks with photographic slide shows about growing and caring for your own orchids, including advice on how to keep the ‘blooming things’ alive and flowering!
There is also the opportunity to purchase plants from the widest selection in the area, and other orchid-related goods.
The festival runs today and tomorrow from 11am-4pm.
