New full fibre broadband in Huddersfield means thousands can access more reliable, faster internet

Forget buffering – that wheel of doom – with unreliable and slow connections. Full fibre broadband from Zen Internet is proving a game-changer for customers as the provider follows the rollout of the faster, more reliable broadband infrastructure.

So what’s different about Zen?

Zen was recently named the only Which? recommended provider for broadband for the fourth consecutive year.

Why is it such good value for money?

One reason is thanks to Zen’s contract price promise that guarantees no mid-contract price rises on its residential broadband packages.  In recent research Zen discovered that almost half (49%) of those surveyed said they didn’t think it was fair that broadband providers could increase prices mid-way through a contract.

And, whilst in December Ofcom announced a plan to ban inflation-linked mid-contract price increases, it’s not come into force yet and the big four providers put up their contract prices by as much as 8.8% this April.

But Zen has a price promise for its customers, with no price increases for the duration of the contract.

The same survey showed fears of switching continue to hold people back from changing provider. But Richard Tang, CEO, Zen Internet, spelled out the reasons to make the switch to Zen.
