Alfie Boe cancels Open Air Theatre gig

Alfie Boe's planned concert at Scarborough Open Air Theatre has been cancelled

The West End and Broadway star was due to perform at the OAT on Saturday June 25 for a special Armed Forces Day concert.

A spokesman for the event promoters Cuffe and Taylor said: “It is with regret due to medical advice that Alfie Boe will no longer be able to perform at Scarborough Open Air Theatre on June 25.

"All Customers are advised to go to their original point of purchase to obtain a refund.”

Everyone who has bought a ticket for the concert will receive a full refund.
