Armed attack frees800 radical Muslims
Around 800 Muslim extremists escaped during an armed attack on their jail in Nigeria.
Bauchi state police commissioner Danlami Yar’Adua said four people died during the raid on Tuesday night, suspected to be the work of the radical Boko Haram sect, a Muslim group that launched a wave of attacks in July 2009.
Investigators believe the fugitives are hiding in nearby mountains.
