Can you help police trace missing man last seen wearing Hull City football shirt?

POLICE in Hull are concerned for the welfare of a missing 28-year-old man who was wearing a Hull City football shirt when he was last seen.

James Cooper, from the Hessle Road area of Hull, was last seen at around 2.15pm on Saturday (Jan 21).

A Humberside Police spokesman said: "We have concerns for James’ welfare due to his current state of mind."

Mr Cooper is described as a 5ft 10in tall 28-year-old white man of slim build, with short brown hair. He has a tattoo behind his right ear of the letters JC.

He was last seen wearing a red hooded jacket, a pair of dark grey jogging bottoms, a Hull City black and amber shirt and black and orange Adidas trainers.

Anyone who believes they have seen Mr Cooper or someone fitting that description are asked to call police on 101 quoting log number 311 21/01/17. Information can also be provided to Missing People on 116000.

The police spokesman added: "We would also appeal directly to James, and ask him make contact with either the police or another adult - James, please let us know you are safe and well."
