CCTV released of grinning suspected attackers who followed man on night out in Yorkshire and left him with collapsed lung

CCTV images of two men suspected of following and attacking a lone man on a night out in York have been released.

The victim was left with bad injuries including a fractured eye socket and a punctured lung after the serious assault on Exhibition Square in York city centre in the early hours of Sunday morning (November 20).

At 4.30am, a group of men followed and attacked the victim, who was alone.

North Yorkshire Police said: “If you recognise the men pictured, please get in touch as we believe they may have information which could help our investigation.
