Half a million pound cannabis farm found in former HSBC bank
Humberside Police carried out a planned operation, armed with police dogs and taser, at the former HSBC bank in Queen Street, Withernsea on Tuesday, where the huge growth was discovered.
A lengthy search of the building uncovered the half a million pounds worth of cannabis plants located in nine rooms over three floors.

Hide AdFootage released by the force shows the moment two men were arrested in connection with the drugs.
The two men can be seen coming out of the former bank, before officers box in their vehicle and arrest them at the scene.
The force has also released footage of the huge cannabis grow inside the bank, showing the scale and sophisticated nature of the operation.
Withernsea Beat Manager PC James Stothard says drugs and antisocial behaviour are two of the main priority areas for the force in the seaside town.

Hide AdPC Stothard said: "Antisocial behaviour can be extremely disruptive and anxiety-inducing for communities. Issues such as excessive noise, intimidating or threatening behaviour and littering are all common and can make people feel nervous, unhappy or unsafe in their own neighbourhood. We also see that as a result of drug dealing or drug taking behaviour, anti-social behaviour follows.
“We regularly patrol hotspots for antisocial behaviour and drug use, but I would encourage locals to report any incidents as the sooner and more these are reported, the quicker we can solve the problem."
