Man charged after York pub attack
POlice in York have charged a man with wounding with intent in connection with an attack outside a York pub.
The 58-year-old man was arrested following an attack on a man in his forties in an an alleyway next to the Fulford Arms on Fulford Road on the night of February 19.
However, North Yorkshire Police said his condition deteriorated over time and he is now seriously ill.
The victim remains in York District Hospital in a serious condition.
