The defendants appeared in the dock together at Leeds Magistrates’ Court yesterday, when it was also revealed that they face a further charge of kidnapping another man in the same incident.During the two-minute hearing Isles and Wilson, who both gave their addresses as Highfield Green in Pudsey, spoke only to confirm their names.

They were told the case would immediately be sent to Leeds Crown Court, where a further hearing will take place tomorrow, and were remanded in custody until then.

Mr Pierre bled to death from a single gunshot wound in what is believed to have been a targeted attack in the early hours of last Tuesday.

Detectives from West Yorkshire Police were yesterday continuing to look for 31-year-old Anthony Micah Pyke, from Leeds, who is wanted in connection with the incident.
