Police hunt man who exposed himself to elderly woman in North Yorkshire

Police are hunting a man who indecently exposed himself to a woman in her seventies in North Yorkshire.

Officers are appealing for witnesses and information following the incident which occurred in Cawood on New Years' Eve.

A man in a dark grey van called the woman, who was walking by, over to his van asking for help. When she went to offer help, the man indecently exposed himself.

The incident occurred on Fostergate near to the junction with Chestnut Road at around 12.15pm on Thursday 31 December.

Officers are keen to speak with anyone who has information on the incident or may have CCTV which covers the area.
