Railway worker racially abused between Leeds and Sheffield

A member of railway staff was racially abused on a train between Leeds and Sheffield.

British Transport Police (BTP) have released an image of a man they would like to speak to about the incident.

It happened at 2.35pm on Saturday, March 14, on a Northern service bound for Lincoln.

Officers think the man in the image may have information that could help their investigation.

They would also like to speak to a witness who was heard giving the victim support.

Anyone with information is asked to contact BTP by texting 61016 or by calling 0800 40 50 40.

In both cases, quote reference number 360 of 14/03/20.
