Sheffield passenger “grabbed train conductor’s bottom”
AN appeal is underway after a train conductor was sexually assaulted on board a service between Lincoln and Sheffield.
Police say the woman, 40, from Sheffield, was “conducting a ticket check on the train when a man grabbed her bottom and squeezed it” on board the 18.24 service before it left Lincoln station.
The train was met by police at Sheffield station on January 25 and the man, aged 29 and from Sheffield, was arrested.
