Police in Yorkshire are investigating after a fight in a pub.

It happened at about 10pm on Saturday, June 29 in The Swan pub in Sherburn-in-Elmet.

It involved several people, police said.

A North Yorkshire Police spokesperson said: “We’re appealing for information about an assault that occurred in the Swan pub, Sherburn-in-Elmet.

We’re particularly appealing for anyone that may have witnessed this incident and could help the investigation, or has information about those involved.
