Three men due in court for being 'abusive and threatening' to staff at Covid-19 testing site in North Yorkshire
Three men will appear before the courts after it is alleged they were abusive and threatened staff at a North Yorkshire Covid-19 testing site.
Edward Warren, 60, Marty Blagborough, 28, and Arthur Taylor, 61, have been charged with obstructing a person who was engaged in lawful activity.
The men were arrested on Monday, January 11, following reports a group had attended the Poppleton Park testing site in York and were acting in an aggressive and threatening manner towards staff.
Mr Warren will appear at York Magistrates Court on February 2.
Mr Blagborough and Mr Taylor will appear at the same court on February 4.
