Dogs and cats saved from Easingwold house fire

Dogs and cats were rescued from a house fire in North Yorkshire

Fire crews from York and Acomb rushed to Leasmires Avenue, Easingwold after beign called shortly before 2.30pm today.

They extinguished the kitchen blaze and saved two dogs and two cats.

Crews used breathing equipment, two hose reel jets,a thermal imaging camera and small tools to finish the job.
