Students rewarded with visit from Gabby

She was in East Yorkshire to mark the achievements of Further Education students there.

College principal Jeanette Dawson said: “It is a great honour to welcome Gabby Logan to the college on this special day.

“She is a fantastic ambassador for sport in the UK and as we approach London 2012, I know she will inspire many of the students to take an interest in the Olympic and Paralympic Games and perhaps even get involved themselves.

“I am delighted to be able to mark the end of such a successful year with a visit from someone I know will give those students completing their courses today some words of encouragement as they embark on the next stage of their careers.”
