Force cleared over death

TWO West Yorkshire Police officers investigated for their role in a pursuit of a car that knocked down and killed 12-year-old Bradford schoolboy Bilal Khizar have been cleared of any wrongdoing.

The officers followed a Seat Ibiza driven by Zain Khan, 21, of Halifax, jailed for seven-and-a-half years for causing death by dangerous driving. The Independent Police Complaints Commission said Khan bore responsibility for Bilal’s death in Bradford last October.
