Council leader Steve Parnaby said: “I would encourage as many people as possible to complete the new online survey as we really do value everyone’s views on how the council should prioritise its spending, especially in light of the pressures we face to deliver a top quality service on an ever-tightening budget.”

According to its financial plan, council tax will be frozen in 2015-2016.
