Here's why this RAF base in Yorkshire could be the new home of the Red Arrows


Military expert and journalist Gabriele Molinelli speculated on Twitter that RAF Leeming near Northallerton could become the team's new home.

As well as Scampton, the RAF is to shut RAF Linton-on-Ouse, near York, and transfer its basic jet fighter training function to RAF Valley in Wales by 2020.
