All manner of props and costumes will also be on display, alongside interactive experiences allowing guests to try their hand at TV making.

The tour will be operated by York-based Continuum Attractions, the team which is behind the hugely popular Coronation Street tour that generated more than £60m for Manchester’s economy in its 18-month run.

Tickets are now on sale, with the first tours being offered on Saturday, September 3.
