Man arrested over Sheffield pub assault
A 26-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the assault of another man at a pub in Sheffield.
The victim, a 22-year-old man, suffered serious facial injuries and was taken to hospital for treatment after the attack at the Great Gatsby Pub in Division Street.
The arrested man, from Kent, has been bailed by police pending further enquiries.
Witnesses to the assault which occurred at about 12.30am on Saturday, January 23, should call South Yorkshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 22 of 23 January 2016.
