Man held and two ‘critical’ after Bradford crash

Two men, 19 and 21, are in critical condition in hospital today after the car they were in crashed into three parked vehicles on Northcote Road, Bradford.

The Volkswagen Golf was then hit by a Range Rover.

A third occupant in the Golf, an 18-year-old man from the Manningham area of Bradford, was arrested on suspicion of causing serious injury by dangerous driving and remains in custody today.

The two others in the Golf, a 19-year-old man from Manchester and a 21-year-old man from the Manningham area of Bradford, suffered serious head injuries.

The driver of the Range Rover, a 43-year-old man from Bradford, was uninjured.

Police want to hear from anyone who saw the Golf prior to it crashing into the parked vehicles.

It was travelling towards Idle Road at the time of the collision around 12.30am today.
