M&S Guiseley set for reopening after major refurb
M&S has revealed Wednesday, September 16 as the re-opening date for its Guiseley Retail Park store, following a major transformation and extension.
The transformed 15,000 sq ft fresh market-style foodhall is 60 per cent bigger than the previous store and will offer more than 1,500 new products for customers.
The store also features a bigger in-store bakery & coffee counter.
Serita Thomas, store manager at M&S Guiseley, said: "We’ve had a store here in Guiseley for over 20 years and it’s exciting to be entering a new chapter by delivering a renewed and improved store. The extension means we have plenty more space to offer almost the full M&S Food range, making it so much easier for customers to do their weekly shop with us.”

The transformation has created over 40 new local jobs across the store, joining the store’s existing team of 50 colleagues.
M&S is aiming to double the size of its food business by growing its store footprint and expanding existing stores.
Guiseley is one of a number of stores M&S is working on across the UK this financial year, alongside 18 new Food store openings, and follows the renewal of its Anlaby Hull store in March.
